Vertex Healthcare Management is a privately-held, family-owned company that manages four long-term care facilities. Our facilities include an assisted living facility in Bellville, the Arbors of Briarwood, and three nursing homes - Briarwood Manor Care Center (in Bellville), Colonial Belle Nursing Home Bellville and Colonial Belle Nursing Home Sealy.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality care with compassion and dignity to our residents. Our facilities are clean and comfortable, and we pride ourselves on providing comfort and loving care to our residents. We are pleased to offer skilled care (at our Colonial Belle Nursing Home locations), and rehabilitation therapy is available to our residents at all three nursing facilities, including speech, occupational and physical therapy.
