Welcome to Colonial Belle Nursing Home Sealy

Welcome to Colonial Belle Nursing Home Sealy! We are a licensed skilled nursing facility in Sealy, Texas located in Austin County. We are approximately 22 miles west of Katy, Texas off the I-10 corridor. We offer spacious private and semi-private rooms for our residents, and roomy grounds to enjoy the outdoors, including a gazebo within our fenced backyard.

Each week, our residents participate in many organized activities and we welcome several volunteer groups who come to offer entertainment or religious activities throughout the year. Our activities calendar for this month can be viewed at ACTIVITIES CALENDAR:

Our residents enjoy meals together in our large dining room where they are able to socialize over breakfast, lunch and dinner or where they come to visit with each other over coffee at other times during the day. Depending on physical needs and preferences, we also offer assisted dining and in-room dining options.

We have a range of rehabilitation therapy options available for our residents, including speech, occupational and physical therapy.

We strive to provide the best quality of care with compassion and dignity to our residents who are elderly or medically challenged.
